I’ve always been curious about how things work behind the scenes.
Where does the information go? Who needs it next? Why are we doing this manually?
That mindset is what pulled me toward operations and CRM work.
I came from the sales side, working every day inside Salesforce and the tools connected to it. Over time, I found myself getting more interested in what was happening around the sale and behind the process.
I started noticing the friction. Duplicate work. Missing context. Messy records. Reporting that didn’t tell the whole story. Processes that worked on paper, but were harder for real people to use.
I wanted to understand how to make that stuff better.
That’s what this portfolio is about.
The projects here are my way of getting deeper into the systems and processes behind the work. So far, I’ve used Salesforce and HubSpot to build, test, and troubleshoot different kinds of CRM problems.
Some projects focus on data and reporting. Others are about automation, handoffs, or how information moves through a business.
I like taking something messy and making sense of it. I like figuring out what actually matters, what can be simplified, and what would make the system easier for someone else to use.
For me, the technology is only part of it. I’m interested in what the technology helps people do.
Where I’m headed
I want to keep getting closer to the systems, processes, data, and decisions that keep a business moving.
